New group coaching opportunities for Colchester and Tendring creatives!

As the new year kicks in, we’re excited to be opening up a limited number of new spaces in the two action learning sets we run with the lovely folk at Creative Colchester.

Running until July 2025, these groups brings together local creative practitioners/ producers once a month, in person and virtually. They are part of Creative Colchester’s wider support programme, funded by Arts Council England and the Shared Prosperity Fund.

WHAT YOU’LL GET FROM BEING PART OF A SET

Facilitated by the hub’s Director, Julia Payne, who is an experienced coach and facilitator, the action learning groups have been running since summer 2024. They are a brilliant way to gain insights into how to tackle challenges, exploit opportunities and develop your career and practice. You’ll also widen your network and develop your own coaching skills along the way.

THE WHATS AND WHENS

The groups meet monthly, one on Tues evenings and the other on Wed mornings, on the following dates:

SET ONE (Tuesdays 7-8.30pm): 4 Feb, 4 Mar, 1 Apr, 6 May, 3 Jun and 1 Jul.
SET TWO (Wednesdays 10-11.30am): 5 Feb, 5 Mar, 2 Apr, 7 May, 4 Jun and 2 Jul.

The programme is free, but to be in with a chance of joining the programme you must be able to commit to attending all of the Tues or Weds dates.
